Where we ship from

Every order ships from Honolulu.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. You see the shipping cost for your order and your address before you pay.

Surfboards, framed prints and other large pieces

Ask the gallery about board shipping before ordering. Framed prints and other large, fragile pieces cost more to ship and may not ship to every destination. Checkout shows the services available for your address. If you want to know the cost or whether a piece can reach you before you order, contact us.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and on the service you choose at checkout. International delivery takes longer than domestic delivery, and times vary by country. We cannot guarantee a delivery date.

International orders

The destinations and services we can ship to are shown at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes and any fees the carrier charges to clear them are paid by the recipient, unless checkout shows them as included. Where they are not shown at checkout, they are not included in the price you pay us.

Tracking

When your order is on its way you will receive a shipping confirmation email, with tracking details where the carrier provides them. If you have a question about an order, contact us with your order number.

Delays

Carrier delays, customs inspections and weather are outside our control. If a parcel is delayed, contact us and we will help you follow it up with the carrier.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photograph. We will repair or replace the piece at no cost to you, as set out in our refund policy. We do not give refunds.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before you order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at your cost.
